Largest law firm in mainland Europe, Garrigues, chooses HighQ and Tikit for collaboration softwareLondon, 18 September 2014 – International law firm Garrigues selects HighQ Collaborate, through technology supplier Tikit, for partner and client collaboration and file sharing.
Garrigues sought a platform to enable them to set up data rooms and facilitate collaboration between lawyers and clients.
Cesar Mejias, IT Director at the firm, explains why Garrigues selected HighQ Collaborate: “We looked at several options, but we decided that HighQ Collaborate was the best one for us. It had all the features we were looking for together in one platform with a great user interface.”
Cesar continues, “Collaborate is easy to use, flexible and fast to set up. We’re impressed by the service offered by HighQ too. The support team has been very responsive and helpful.”
Garrigues plans to use Collaborate for a range of use cases, explains Carmen Martín-Peña García, Lawyer and Knowledge Manager at the firm: “We want to use it for setting up data rooms and secure file sharing. But we also want to use it as an intranet to share information with partners, and an extranet for our clients.”
As Cesar reports: “Implementation of the platform is going smoothly, and we’re planning to launch the platform imminently. We’ve had a lot of requests from staff and clients to start using it already!”
Carlos Garcia-Egocheaga, Managing Director at Tikit Spain, explains: “HighQ Collaborate is more than sharing files; it is about sharing a matter and everything associated with it easily in one space. Obviously Garrigues has recognized this and the rest is history.”
Dries Ausems, Sales and Business Development Manager at HighQ, says: “We’re delighted to be able to help Garrigues collaborate more easily and offer their clients an even better service. We’re looking forward to seeing how well Collaborate is received firm-wide after the launch.”
